1. Eligibility & Consent

By using our website or app, you confirm that you are at least 12 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. User Account & Information

You must create an account to access certain features of VInvite. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Registration through Google, email, or other platforms binds you to these Terms & Conditions.
VInvite reserves the right to suspend or delete any account showing misuse, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
VInvite does not claim ownership of your uploaded content but may store it securely for order completion.

3. No Warranties

Our products are digital in nature. While we ensure high-quality outputs, results may vary based on device, resolution, and internet quality. VInvite does not guarantee that all templates will be error-free or compatible across all devices.

4. Order Policy

Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours.
Delivery time may vary based on customization level and queue.
VInvite reserves the right to reject any order that violates our policies or includes inappropriate or incomplete information.
Once an order is placed and work has begun, it cannot be canceled.

5. Conflict Policy

If any discrepancy occurs between the video delivered and the details you provided, please email us a screenshot of your “Invitation Details” page. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly. The final approved version will be considered the completed order.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the order was not delivered or was incorrectly delivered.
In case a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2–3 business days.
A 5% deduction may apply to cover payment gateway processing fees.
Refunds are not applicable once the final video file is delivered successfully.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all information and materials on our website are accurate. However, VInvite shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of our products, services, or website.

8. Changes to Terms

VInvite reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All updates will be reflected on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
