Return & Refund Policy

All our products are digital in nature (video invitation files, templates, previews). Therefore, **returns are not applicable** once a project is initiated or delivered.

However, we will process a full refund in the following cases:

• We are unable to deliver your video invitation.
• You are mistakenly charged but did not receive any service.
• We deliver the wrong file and are unable to correct it.

Cancellation Policy

Since our services involve digital design, animation, and processing work, cancellation is **not possible once work has started**.

We charge only after showing demo work (if applicable), ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction before final payment.

Once final payment is made and the design process begins, cancellations are **not allowed**.
