• 1. How do I create my Video Invitation?

  Once you customize the Video with your details and place the order, our team of Professional Designers will create your Video. You can download the Video from our Website under 'My Videos' section or from our Mobile app.

• 2. What is the cost of creating a Video Invitation?

  Price of the Video Invitation depends upon the Design and Video Resolution you choose. We've a wide range of designs in all price bracket for you to choose from.

• 3. Will I get a Preview Video?

  We do not offer a Preview Video as it helps us keeps the cost very low. We believe in a transparent pricing. The cost mentioned on our website for each video is the cost of creating that video once. We recommend that you verify all the details before payment by clicking, 'Verify Invitation Details'. If all the details are mentioned correctly, the video will be created exactly like the Preview shown on the website.
  Still not satisfied? Consider the cost of the video is double and you will need to pay half the payment in advance. We guarantee that even if the cost of the video is double, you will not find similar designs at a lower price anywhere!

• 4. How do I share this Video Invitation to my friends and relatives?

  Once the Video Invitation is created by our team, you will receive a email. To Download the Video, go-to 'My Orders' section, select your Invitation and click 'Download' button to download your Video.

• 5. What is the difference between Express and Standard Delivery modes?

  We deliver the Videos based on Priority. Express Orders will be delivered by next business day before 7 PM. Standard orders will be delivered by 2-3 business days. If our team could not deliver the Express orders by the time mentioned, we will refund the cost of Express Delivery.

• 6. Can I edit the information I have provided after an order is placed?

  You cannot edit an order that is already created. We recommend you to verify the information that you provide before placing the order.

• 7. Can I customize the themes further?

  All videos will be created exactly like the Preview. But in case you have any special requirements, we charge ₹500 INR or $8 USD per hour of designer effort. Please share your requirements and the selected theme to us before placing the order. We will get the quote from our designers and get back to you.

• 8. Can I cancel my order / Can I request a refund on my order?

  No. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or deleted. Refund will not be allowed. We recommend you to verify the information that you provide before placing the order.

• 9. I want my Video Invitation in Other languages like French, Spanish, Hindi. Is it possible?

  No. You cannot. Currently we support only English language. If you have placed order in any other language, we do not guarantee the best possible experience.

• 10. The Video is not playing. What should I do?

  Make sure to use any Popular video player like VLC, MX Player, etc. In-built Video Player doesn't support most formats. WhatsApp supports the format and will play the Video without any issue.

• 11. Can I get the copy of the video file?

  Yes. You can download the copy of the video once the video is created. You can share it on WhatsApp, Facebook and more, just like a regular video.

• 12. Is Vinvite.in secure? How can I guarantee the privacy of the images shared?

  All your images are uploaded to our secure server. The images will be deleted after creating the video automatically after 2 days.
